It ...At almost 50, I truly feel the loss in power. It takes longer to recover. My best cycling days are gone. But in some way, I don't miss it. For me, time is too short to be spending all my free time putting in hundreds of miles a week in training. I still ride, follow the races, and share my passion in the sport with friends and family. But I have other things to do. I feel for Lance. Takes a lot of guts to ride with the young ones.
